多种介质过滤器

多介质过滤罐大多填充石英砂、无烟煤和锰砂等滤料。其作用主要是降低水浊度,并且可以去除水中的大量细菌、病毒、有机物等。从而为后续的消毒工序创造了有利条件。锰砂对铁、锰的去除效果显著。


活性碳过滤罐

活性炭具有大量的微孔和巨大的比表面积,具有极强的物理吸附能力。能够十分有效的吸附水中杂质,尤其是有机物和微生物。活性炭表面形成的含氧催化氧化和化学吸附的功能,可以去除一部分水中的金属离子。活性炭对水中尚存的余氯有极强的吸附作用,以保护下游的不锈钢设备及管道表面和满足后序水处理单元的入水要求。


自动反冲、再生软化罐

软化罐内填充钠型阳离子交换树脂。克通过树脂的离子交换反应,降低水的硬度,防止钙、镁离子与碳酸根、硫酸根离子结合,在后序水处理设备或管道中结垢。


精密过滤器

精密过滤器又称保安过滤器,过滤精度一般为5μm。其作用在于截留一切粒径大于5μm的物质,以满足反渗透的入水要求

RO反渗透

反渗透技术应用的关键在于起除盐作用的反渗透膜的性能。反渗透膜是一种只允许水分子通过而不允许溶质透过的半通透膜。反渗透技术除了应用反渗透和反渗透的原理外,还利用了膜的选择吸附和针对有机物的筛分机理。反渗透膜的孔径大多小于等于10×10-10m,其分离对象为溶液中处于离子范围和分子量为几百左右的有机物。它能滤除各种细菌,如最小的细菌之一绿脓杆菌(3000×10-10m),也能滤除各种病毒,如流感病毒(800×10-10m),脑膜炎病毒(200×10-10m),还能滤除热原(10~500×10-10m)。这是制药用水十分关注的问题。

Automatic recoil, regenerative softening tank

Precision filter

RO reverse osmosis

The key to the application of reverse osmosis lies in the performance of the reverse osmosis membrane that functions as a desalting agent. A reverse osmosis membrane is a semi-permeable membrane that allows only water molecules to pass without allowing solute to pass through. Reverse osmosis technology in addition to the application of reverse osmosis and reverse osmosis principle, but also the use of membrane selective adsorption and screening mechanism for organic matter.
